Tibial Neuropathy by Ganglion Cyst in Popliteal Fossa |

Abstract |
A 53-year-old woman experienced burning pain, tingling sensation on the right sole and motor weaknessof right ankle and toe flexors 10 days ago. Electrodiagnostic study revealed tibial neuropathy with axonalinvolvement at the popliteal fossa. Magnetic resonance image showed a ganglion cyst. After completeresection of the ganglion cyst, the patient’s neurologic symptoms completely recovered. |
