A 48year-old woman had visited the outpatient department of rehabilitation medicine with complaining ofright forearm pain and difficulties in finger fine motor control. Symptoms seemed to be pronator teressyndrome but electromyography didn’t find any abnormal findings. Finally isolated partial rupture anddiffuse atrophic change of the extensor carpi radialis longus were detected by ultrasonography. |
